Light, Bright, and Shining — a Sanctuary of Hope

Lena’s House is a residential program for foster youth ages 12-17 in the Alameda County foster care system. Our new facility, named Lena’s House—which means light, bright, and shining—will offer a sanctuary of hope for the girls living there. Lena’s House features 6 beds, 2.5 bathrooms, a community area for group activities and socializing, a spacious backyard, and specialized onsite services. We will be accepting referrals from placement agencies, community partners as well as self-referrals. The referral form can be found here and can be submitted to [email protected]. Additionally, anyone who calls our crisis line 888-339-7233 will be able to go through the screening process during their call.
