The Hangout
The Hangout is a drop-in youth center dedicated to helping homeless and violence-impacted teens who need support, services, or a place to decompress.
Location

Hours
Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
Case Management
Youth Services Case Managers help individuals develop plans that meet their unique cultural needs and goals. Bi-lingual staff is available for Spanish-speaking clients, and we utilize additional resources for other languages.
Youth Outreach
Youth Outreach engages with youth in a school setting and in the community to provide information about healthy relationships and Restorative Pathways. In addition, we also provide in-person and virtual training to educators and providers regarding youth risk factors involving Teen Dating Violence and Human Trafficking.
Phoenix Rising Youth Home
Phoenix Rising provides low-barrier emergency shelters for youth ages 12 to 17. Each young person receives healthy food, a safe and secure place to sleep, case management and counseling. Located in Oakland.
Her House
Her House caters to the needs of transition-age youth 18-24 young women who have experienced human trafficking, domestic violence, or violent crime.
Lena’s House
Lena’s House provides a safe home for girls ages 12 to 17 who are in foster care and have been impacted by human trafficking. The home and program provides specialized care and support. Located in Hayward.
