About the Program
The Mobile Health Program is grant-funded, in place through July 2025. Through this Mobile Health Program, Restoration Pathways will work within the nine bay area counties with our partnering agencies and their clients to provide Covid-19 testing, related resources, and supportive services.

How the Program Works
Restorative Pathways has partnered with multiple Bay Area agencies to conduct mobile health check-ins. During these check-ins, our community mobile health advocate will meet with the clients to provide Covid-19 testing and resources, discuss any community resources or linkages they may need, and direct referrals to those needing them.
