Board of Directors
The Restorative Pathways Board of Directors- are voted-in members whose responsibility is to oversee the Executive Director and the wellbeing of the agency. The members have a chance to serve on the Presidential team as the secretary or treasurer if interested. The board supports the ED and ensures that the agency’s financial health is maintained. The RP board meets once a quarter via Zoom.

Marketing and Development Committee
Restorative Pathways Marketing and Development Committee- Members work directly with our communication and development department to ensure that RP is visible in the community physically and virtually. Currently, this committee meets once a month via Zoom.

Finance Committee
Members work directly with our CEO, CFO, and Finance Chair to discuss the details of current finances and the future forecasting of the agency. Currently, this committee meets once a month via Zoom.

Audit Committee
