A Restorative Pathways Program
Located in the heart of Alameda, California, Harbour Village is a safe, community-centered housing program designed to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing instability.
Harbour Village consists of four homes—two dedicated to families and two larger residences for individuals—creating a supportive, village-style environment where residents can stabilize, heal, and rebuild.
More than just housing, Harbour Village offers daily, on-site support through a compassionate, trauma-informed team. Residents have access to:
Case Management tailored to individual needs and goals
Long-Term Housing Navigation to support permanent stability
Nutritious Meals and Basic Needs Support
Therapeutic Services provided in partnership with Alameda Family Services
Our model is rooted in dignity, connection, and the belief that healing happens in community. Harbour Village is a place where people are not just housed—but supported, seen, and given the tools to move forward.
