Located at 431 Stardust Place in Alameda, Anchor Village is a low-barrier, trauma-informed drop-in center designed to meet people exactly where they are—offering immediate support, connection, and access to critical resources.

Daytime Drop-In Services
During the day, Anchor Village operates as a welcoming space where individuals can access:
- Case Management – Personalized support to navigate immediate needs and long-term goals
- Housing Navigation – Assistance with securing stable housing and understanding available options
- Substance Use Support – Access to an on-site AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) Counselor
- Meals – Nutritious food provided in a safe, community-centered environment
- Showers (weekly) – Supporting dignity, hygiene, and overall wellbeing
This is a place to rest, regroup, and reconnect—with services designed to support stability and forward movement.
Overnight Shelter
At night, Anchor Village transitions into a safe overnight shelter, providing a secure place for individuals to sleep indoors and out of harm’s way.

Safe Parking Program
Located directly in front of the drop-in center, Anchor Village also offers a Safe Parking Area for individuals living in their vehicles.
Participants can:
Check in for overnight parking
Rest in a secure, gated environment
Access nearby services and support
Safety & Support
Anchor Village is staffed 24/7, with trained team members and on-site security to ensure a safe, supportive environment at all times.
