Like the phoenix that rises from the ashes, this home is about healing, rebuilding, and beginning a powerful new chapter.
Phoenix Rising Youth Home has 6 beds, cozy spaces to relax, and caring staff ready to walk with you through this next chapter.
While you’re here, you’ll have access to:

If you or someone you know is interested in coming to PRYH referrals can be made through placement agencies, community partners, or by self-referral.

Phoenix Rising is designed for short-term stays. Our team will work with you and your case manager to create a plan for your next safe and stable placement.
