Welcome to Lena’s House!
Lena’s House is a safe and supportive home for girls ages 12–17 who have been involved in systems like foster care or probation and are ready for a new chapter. Lena’s House is our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP), offering a place where you can heal, grow, and feel at home.
The name Lena means light, bright, and shining — and that’s exactly what we hope Lena’s House will be: a safe, welcoming space where you can heal, grow, and shine.
Lena’s House is a 6 bed program, it has a spacious backyard, and a community space for group activities, connection, and fun.
While you’re here, you’ll have access to:
- Case management services
- Therapy and support groups
- Resource navigation
- 24/7 emotional support
- Recreational and enriching activities

If you or someone you know is interested in coming to Lena’s House, referrals can be made through placement agencies, community partners, or by self-referral.

What is a STRTP?
STRTP means Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program — a safe place where you get support, therapy, and help with your goals while you work toward your next steps.
How long can I stay at Lena’s House?
The length of stay depends on your needs and goals. Our team will work with you, your social worker, family, and any involved partners to create a plan that supports your next steps — whether that’s reunification with family, transitioning to a longer-term placement, or building independent living skills.
What’s it like living at Lena’s House?
Lena’s House is designed to feel like a real home. You’ll have your own bed, shared living spaces, a backyard to relax in, and a community area for activities and connection. You’ll be part of a supportive community that encourages healing, growth, and personal empowerment.
Can I go to school while living at Lena’s House?
Absolutely! Education is important. We’ll support your learning needs and make sure you stay connected to your school or help you access alternative educational tools if needed.
