Inclusion is Imperative for the Health of Our Agency and Our Society

At Restorative Pathways, we aim to consistently drive real progress by going beyond valuing and promoting individual differences. We have dedicated ourselves to identifying barriers and creating advancement opportunities in an equitable way for all of those who are invested in our organization – employees, board members, clients, and volunteers. We continuously evolve our behaviors and actions to be more inclusive in all that we do within our agency.

Simply put, we are catalysts of systemic change for those involved in the work surrounding domestic violence and human trafficking.

Our Vision for Belonging

We foster a culture of conscious inclusion and active allyship, where every Ruby’s Place employee can positively impact society while bringing their authentic selves to work. We are building this through creating a more diverse workforce, cultivating a flexible work environment, enabling an inclusive culture, and advocating for equity, both inside and outside of our agency.
